I usually work independently or with my extended dev team, keeping the process simple: clear scope, fast iterations, transparent communication, and no unnecessary complexity.

I'm not looking for equity-only roles.

If a project is serious, well-funded, and the team is a good fit, I also consider long-term technical involvement after the initial build.
